Activities to be implemented
Activities must be relevant and measurable ; it means the deliverables (outputs) must to be a response to the intention carried out by the ERASMUS+ programme for Key action 2 and also its permit an easy evaluation of outcomes and impacts.

Quatre modules de travail et 15 ateliers répartis dans 4 activités pour atteindre les 12 objectifs intermédiaires relevant des objectifs généraux prédéfinis

Objectifs de la première phase pédagogique :
I - Investigating and understanding the different scales of citizenship through innovative learning... (P1) 1.1 Define citizenship and its evolution over time 1.2 Know and experience the "Privilege of freedom" 1.3 Debate the contours of citizenship and the conditions of its exercise LEARNING ACTIVITIES: FORMATION AU PLEIN EXERCICE DE LA CITOYENNETÉ ; COMPRÉHENSION DE LA NOTION : SON EXTENSION, SES LIMITES et PRATIQUE DE L'ENQUÊTE ET DU DÉBAT (l'exemple des comunautés transfrontalières) Activité 1 RIGHTS Définir et comprendre ce que sont : le Citoyen et ses Droits, la Cité et la Démocatie A1 LIBERTY AND EGALITY A2 "HAPPY FEW" OR GLOBAL CITIZENS? A3 CIVIC COMMUNITIES, FREE SPEECH PRACTICE A4 SINGING IN THE RAIN mobilité C1	ATELIERS A1 Production d'exposés dans la langue d'enseignement locale, partagés en ligne (et sous-titrés anglais) sur la Webradio "QUINTESSENCE" portant sur les origines de la Cité et sa définition A2 Débats sur l'extension de la polis et celle de la démocratie dans le monde et son Histoire, et les conditions de son exercice local : premier échange réel entre élèves A3 Formation au discours, production d'exposés voire de débats dans la langue d'enseignement locale ou en Anglais, partagés en ligne sur le vivre ensemble (urbanité, politesse, civisme) et sa définition. A4 Apprentissage et pratique du chant, thème privilégié : la frontière et les échanges (en rapport avec le contexte de l'échange C1) MODULE 1 / DROITS budget prévisionnel 16 000 WORK PACKAGE WP1	A1.1 Production of presentations in the local language of instruction, shared online (with English subtitles) on the web radio "QUINTESSENCE" on the origins of the city and its definition A1.2 Debates on the extension of city then democracy in the world and its history, and the conditions of its local exercise: first real exchange between students in the framework of an exchange in France A1.3 Discourse training, production of presentations or even BEAUTIFUL debates in the local language of instruction or in English, shared online on living together (urbanity, politeness, civility) and its definition. A1.4 Training in improvisation and singing TOGETHER (extension over all periods), first period. Theme is frontiers (interregional cooperation in the framework of C1 exchange)

Content in English, broadcast by podcast or, exceptionally, live A2.2 Surveys and debates, some of which will be carried out during study trips and may be broadcast live on an exceptional basis (duty of defence, moral and religious constraints in a secular state or not: meeting in Poland A2.3 Production of a series of podcasts on the theme of the rule of law, in the national languages and in English / with an "answering machine" open to listeners to create interactivity A2.4 Critical education on sustainable development and reporting on a survey on responsibility towards life conducted in Türkiye (exchange implemented in Çesme) A2.5 Songs on the topics of this Activity TWO DIFFERENT WORK PACKAGES WP2 & WP3

( strategy of the "New European Bauhaus" and P1) 3.1 Practicing the art of discourse (speaking, convincing, opposing)...and singing 3.2 Speak for oneself and for others (altruism and empathy) 3.3 Sharing experiences and convictions through an international "web radio" LEARNING ACTIVITIES : CRÉATION DE CONTENUS STIMULANT L'IMAGINATION ET L'ESPRIT Activité 3 FORUM (CONTENTS CREATION) La voix des citoyens A10 ENHANCING ORAL SKILLS A11 RHETORIC AND FEELINGS A12 ENGAGEMENT, SINGING IN THE STORM	ATELIERS A 10 Diffusion par balado-diffusion de discours ou de chants, produits par les participants durant les échanges transnationaux ou dans le cadre d'ateliers locaux (mise en ligne commentée sur le website du projet entre avril et juin 2025) A 11 Jeu de rôle transnational à distance, entre orateurs improvisés (captation en vue d'un partage en ligne) ; les participants assumeront de plaider pour des objets animés ou inanimés dans le contexte du réchauffement climatique A 12 Echanges de cartes postales vocales (de la part de chaque école, à l'adresse des autres établissements participants) faisant le bilan du projet et exhortant à s'engager au nom d'une priorité choisie par le groupe-cible. (to ensure that the four objectives imposed on the KA2 cooperations are respected) 4.1 Ensure quality control of the project to ensure that the autonomy and talents of the learners are strengthened and that the quality and scope of the pedagogical practices are improved, by adjusting the strategies as necessary to maintain the cohesion of the teams and the relevance of the actions / A13 PROJECT FOLLOW UP [MAINLY ILARGIA LEAGUE THEN PARTNER SCHOOLS] 4.2 Coordinate and supervise in real time the implementation of the programme and the use of the grants / A 14 PROJECT MANAGEMENT [ILARGIA LEAGUE] 4.3 Produce management tools and arrange for the production of reusable teaching aids and didactic solutions, by promoting sustainable working methods / A15 TEACHERS TRAINING AND MANAGEMENT TOOLS PRODUCTIONS [ALL THE PARTNERS] Activité 4 MANAGEMENT Suivi et supervision MODULE 4 / Suivi et Pérennisation (activités 4 et 5) budget prévisionnel 14 000 retour aux objectifs back to objectives and logical framework	ATELIERS A13 Implantation d'une gestion globale du projet pédagogique (GLOBAL MANAGEMENT ou SUPERVISION) pour suivre les activités de coopération, y compris le partage des productions locales et de leurs résultats ainsi que les ateliers "à distance". Fabrication d'un agenda et fixation de dates butoirs diffusés en temps réel et ajustés au fil de l'eau, si nécessaire, dans le site de coordination (on utilisera le bureau européen du Lycée Ravel NBE+) A14 Implantation d'une méthode de SUIVI et de Contrôle Qualité (FOLLOW UP) comprenant des points de contrôle locaux cadencés, doublés par des visioconférences transationales et l'échanges de notes dans un tableau de bord commun tenu pour diffuser les consignes du Coordinateur et les réponses et rapports des participants. Utilisation en tant que "Journal Officiel" du partenariat du blog NOAH A15 Implanter une coordination soutenable. Concevoir des grilles, tableaux, questionnnaires et autres outils en vue (un travail collaboratif réalisé notamment à l'occasion des rencontres transnationales en France puis en Bulgarie) ; assurer la propagande du partenariat en ligne grâce au site de chacun des établissements et à celui de la Ligue ILARGIA (pour publier les comptes-rendus et mettre en valeur les résultats, laisser à disposition en téléchargement les différents outils) ; gérer la webradio (en fait un portail de baladodiffusion) Activité A4 budget prévisionnel 9 000	A 4.1 Implement a GLOBAL MANAGEMENT of the collaborative activities (a "pedagogic monitoring" system) including the sharing of locals products and results and the implementation of workshops online: making a schedule and setting deadlines that are broadcast in real time and adjusted as necessary on the coordination site ; we'll use for it this website: the Erasmus+ Bureau (Notre Bureau Européen) edited by the Lycée Ravel so called NBE+ A4.2 Implement an international FOLLOW UP method (a "project monitoring" system) with locally timed checkpoints, backed up by regular transnational video conferences and publications by coordinators in a common logbook to disseminate beneficiary instructions and surveys and feedback from partners: use of the NOAH blog as the "Official Journal" of the partnership A4.3 Build grids, sheets, questionnaires and other tools to help local teams to implement a SUSTAINABLE METHODOLOGY: a collaborative work implemented in the same time of transnational meetings and online dissemination on the website of each school and on the portal of the ILARGIA League to publish the reports and highlight the results, and to make the various tools available for download ; management of the podcast system
