The project manager is described in the grids as the IC (international coordinator, leader for the 1st Work Package's implementation and in charge of global coordination).
IC1 and IC2: note that Latvia and Italy are specially in charge of WP2 supervision (as IC assistants) ; France and Tükiye are leading together WP3 ; France and Portugal WP4 ; France and Romania WP5.


WP1 duration is the same the entire process of cooperation's duration. Administrative beginnings in september, 2023 (real start ot the pedagogic implementation: from october).
The end in august, 2025.

Interviews (activity A10) will be made first in each country or remotely (by videoconference) then "in live" during C4 mobility. Training sessions (A11) are remotely developed or implemented in local workshops then made during study travels (C2,C3) in order to prepare the transnational shooting (C5)

Phase 3 / third school year       Sustainable dissemination

Le chef de projet (P-L Vanderplancke) conserve en tant que coordinateur international pour le compte du bénéficiaire (Le lycée Maurice Ravel) la responsabilité éminente de la mise en place de chacun des modules de travail ; de même, les personnes de contact assumant le rôle de coordinateurs locaux dans les écoles partenaires sont co-responsables  de l'ensemble des tâches qu'elles ont déléguées.

The project manager (P-L Vanderplancke) retains as international coordinator on behalf of the beneficiary (lycée Maurice Ravel) the eminent responsibility for the implementation of each of the work packages; similarly, the contact persons assuming the role of local coordinators in the partner schools are jointly responsible for all the tasks they have delegated.
