VIDEOCONFERENCE and REMOTE WORKSHOP [Water.Worl(d)s eTwinning]
W2 "WEAK POINT" DEBRIEF>>>
According
to the evaluation report of our candidacy, the impacts we look for must
be more detailed. We had decided to resolve the question during R1 but
we did eventually a Workshop implemented in France as R01 was
organized ( French and Romanaian project holders in a face-to-face
mode, connected to the other partners present on line).
COLD WEATHER
BUT
EFFICIENT COOPERATION
|
- I was said to us by the evaluator that "progress in key abilities
must be analysed and monitored by all the partners (not only the
International Coordinator would have to take part in this process)".
Our answers : Outputs and results will be putted on line from each
school, then some common indicators will be defined and a Survey
implemented after each of the Check Points of our Quality Control
planning.
- According to the evaluation report, local opening to other schools,
corporates and associations will have to be developed in every country.
We'll try indeed to do that but it was difficult to earlier anticipate
all the relationships we may enforce in the future, since the candidacy
was written... before the project was in progress!
- It was also akked for more formalized valuation tools and sequences,
especially for the Turkish school (because it is a newbie).
As the 4 countries team is described as "an appropriate set of four
schools" and the inclusion of Cesme promoted as a "win-win partnership"
we can hope that the definition of a dedicated Curicullum by each
pedagogic team wil lbe enough to solve the problem. We were not able to
design a definitive Gantt Chart during the first school year and it is
remaining practically impossible due to the Pandemic.
- On the subect of dissemination the evaluator think it "may be planned
with more precisions and events be implemented in each city". Hosts
will plan a dissemination event each time a mobility will be made (for
example our ERASMUS MOB coupled to an EUROSCOLA session in the same
time R01 seminar was improvized).

THIRD DAY WORKSHOP
W5
NUMERICS AND INTERNET WORKSHOP
1. Uploading some
contents to the common public website
[http://quintessence.franceserv.eu/] made for the dissemination of our
best ouputs will become possible for all the students and teachers in
the 4 associated high schools from 2022. A training session for foreign
users will be implemented during C1 in France, but some of the French
students may have an initiation before by our expert
(M Pautrel, from "asap" society).
2. Coordination notes are sent by mail but its must be shared in the
NBE+ blog wich is a sort of JOURNAL OFFICIEL for the project holders.
3. This NBE+ website (linked to the official site of the Cité
Scolaire Ravel) is used by teachers to present the aims and the results
of the partnership and, sometimes : to give direct informations to
participants.
4. Other tools are available for unformal exchanges (Facebook NBE+
closed group, What'sapp group dedicated to Quintessence..) and it is
possible we would disseminate on Instagram!
